Southern Arizona Greyhound Adoption came to Greenleaf when their $4,000/year subscription to Network for Good was not providing the flexibility they needed. They wanted their adoption process, membership process and event registration all in one place instead of across multiple spreadsheets, Network for Good and Pawlytics.
Greenleaf exported all data from NFG and Pawlytics and set up an Adoption and Fostering workflow, including a back end for connecting would-be adoptors to available dogs.
Managing Pet Records
Greenleaf set up a custom contact type for dogs, with fields for important data such as medical records, adoption dates, origin, age and weight. Adoptable dogs automatically show up on the front end of the website.
Managing Adoption and Foster Process
Would-be adoptors or fosters submit all forms through the website and the content from these forms become a part of their constituent records. With our custom search kit, managers can easily search through thousands of records to find pet owners and the dogs they adopted.
