We provide multiple ways to get in contact with us to report an issue, request help or ask for modifications to your site. Our monthly fee includes FREE support for bugs and errors, and teaching you how to do something yourself. We charge an hourly rate if you want us to make changes for you, but we always give you a heads up and estimate of costs in advance.
